Remote Customer Service Associate

Twenty-First Century Fox is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, ideal for individuals with 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. Additionally, you will handle billing inquiries, process payments, and maintain accurate customer records.

To be successful in this role, you must be adaptable and energetic, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Strong presentation and negotiation skills are also essential to effectively communicate with customers and provide solutions to their needs.
