Job Description:
AskNicely is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Remote Customer Service Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve issues. 2. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals. 5. Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures. 6. Work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of customer service experience. 2. Resourceful and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
