Customer Service Associate

Sunfed Meats is seeking a confident and driven Customer Service Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate and on-time delivery. 3. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills. 4. Collaborating with the sales team to provide support and assistance as needed. 5. Implementing strategic planning to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Assisting with inventory management and tracking of product availability. 7. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and preferences.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. 3. Strategic planning abilities to identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes. 4. Confidence and professionalism in all interactions with customers. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
