Job Description - Customer Service Associate


Job Description:


As a Customer Service Associate at Baxter International in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, delivery status, and order processing. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 5. Identify and escalate any trends or recurring issues to the Customer Service Manager. 6. Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and energetic individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research and find solutions independently. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM software is a plus. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
