Job Description - Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


Lansing Trade Group is currently seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis working from home in Auckland, NZ. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our products or services.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Process orders and handle returns or exchanges as needed - Assist customers with product recommendations and information - Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and in a timely manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
