**Job Description:**
**Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly - Research and troubleshoot customer problems to find the best solution - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed performance targets set by the company - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and potential improvements
**Requirements:**
- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Confident and able to handle difficult customers with professionalism - Creative problem-solving skills - Strong research skills to find solutions quickly - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Must be flexible to work weekends and evenings as needed
