Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Booktrack, a leading provider of innovative educational resources, is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution. 3. Process orders, returns, and refunds in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Conduct research and strategic planning to improve customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes. 6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 7. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Excellent research and strategic planning skills. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.

Personality Traits: 1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Soft Skills: 1. Strong research skills to better understand customer needs. 2. Strategic planning to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
