Job Description - Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


Meridian Energy is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to work from home in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a remote setting. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Processing customer orders and returns accurately - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong soft skills in strategic planning and analysis - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree preferred
