Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager


Job Description:


Booz Allen Hamilton Holding is seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 5 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor customer interactions and provide coaching and feedback to team members as needed. 4. Analyze customer service metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and escalations. 6. Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 7. Conduct regular performance reviews and goal setting for team members.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and resourceful personality traits to navigate challenging situations. 2. Strong people management and planning skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven experience in remote team management. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
