Job Description - Customer Service Manager


Job Description: Regions Financial is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints 4. Monitor and report on customer feedback and satisfaction 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Train and onboard new customer service employees 7. Analyze data and trends to improve customer service processes 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations


Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities 4. Adaptability and reliability 5. Time management and attention to detail 6. Knowledge of CRM systems and practices 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) 8. Ability to work part-time hours
