Job Description:
Loews is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team in Auckland, NZ. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management and possess strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the customer service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to assess performance and make improvements as needed. 5. Train and mentor customer service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Identify areas for improvement in the customer service process and implement solutions. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service management. 3. Strong leadership and motivational skills. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 6. Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
