Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


American Electric Power is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service management.


As a Remote Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives who work remotely to provide excellent support to our customers. You will be tasked with leading and motivating your team to achieve customer satisfaction goals, as well as analyzing performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives - Set and monitor performance goals for the team - Develop and implement training programs for new and existing team members - Analyze customer service data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service management - Energetic and motivated personality - Strong leadership skills - Excellent research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Experience with remote team management is a plus
