Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Charter Communications is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Manager to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery 2. Develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and retention 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer service issues and enhance overall customer experience 6. Train and mentor customer service staff to uphold high standards of professionalism and service excellence 7. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate team performance and make adjustments as needed 8. Implement innovative solutions and improvements to enhance the customer service process 9. Manage special projects related to customer service initiatives 10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer service


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or related field 2. Strong project management skills 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively 5. Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement 6.
