Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


General Mills is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will be driven, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the customer service team and ensure all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve product/service offerings. 5. Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to senior management. 6. Provide regular reports on customer service performance metrics to senior management. 7. Train and mentor customer service team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service management. 3. Strong leadership and team management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 7. Presentation skills and project management experience preferred.
