Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a hardworking and resilient Customer Service Manager to join our team at Bed Bath & Beyond in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level employee with at least 7 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for leading our team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience when shopping with us.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 2. Train and supervise customer service representatives to ensure they provide excellent service to customers. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve them. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 7. Develop and implement customer service training programs for new and existing employees. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. At least 7 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong project management and decision-making skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. A proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
