Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Service Manager to join our team at Re-Leased, a leading property management software company based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This position is a part-time role that can be done remotely from home.


Responsibilities: - Overseeing a team of customer service representatives - Handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Developing and maintaining customer service policies and procedures - Analyzing customer service metrics and making data-driven decisions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience


Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in customer service management - Strong presentation and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Demonstrated leadership experience - Ability to work independently and remotely - Experience with property management software is a plus
