Job Description:

O’Reilly Automotive is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time position is perfect for someone just entering the workforce with 0 years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information. 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 3. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues promptly. 4. Utilize research and analysis skills to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions. 5. Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively assist customers. 6. Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Must be reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced remote work environment. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism. 3. Strong research and analysis skills to effectively solve customer issues. 4. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work. 5. Comfortable using computer systems and customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
