Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Western Refining is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback 3. Process customer orders and payments accurately 4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment 5. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals 6. Resolve customer complaints with a positive attitude 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers 8. Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise 9. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: 1. 2 years of customer service experience 2. Energetic and resourceful personality traits 3. Strong cooperation and attention to detail soft skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6. Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office 7. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
