Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

CarMax is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, possess confidence and resourcefulness, as well as strong presentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and promptly - Maintain customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with inventory management and organization - Provide support to the sales team as needed - Continuously strive to improve the customer experience through feedback and suggestions

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong presentation and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team environment and independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
