Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Kohl’s is currently seeking a passionate and independent Customer Service Officer to join our team in Wellington, NZ on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in the customer service industry.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to all Kohl’s customers, addressing their inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Assist customers with product information, promotions, returns, and exchanges both in-store and over the phone. - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Kohl’s POS system. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers. - Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and suggest improvements in customer service processes. - Work closely with the management team to address any escalated customer issues and resolve them to customer satisfaction.


Requirements: - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
