Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Lam Research is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This position offers the flexibility of working from home on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and online chat 2. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies 7. Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy 8. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
