Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lowe's in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals - Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptability to changing work environments and customer needs - Previous experience in customer service preferred - Knowledge of home improvement products is a plus - Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
