Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Textron is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. This position is part-time at the Associate Level, requiring 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat - Assisting customers with product information, orders, and returns - Providing technical support for products and services - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records - Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Strong critical thinking skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent

Soft skills: - Critical thinking to assess and solve customer problems - Emotional intelligence to understand and respond to customer needs
