Customer Service Representative

Job description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at McDonald's in Nelson, NZ. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring that our guests have a positive experience at our restaurant.

Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take orders accurately and efficiently - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations - Uphold company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience - Strong communication skills - Adaptable and confident personality traits - People management and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills - High school diploma or equivalent
