Customer Service Representative

UGI, a leading company in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is driven, confident, and excels in planning and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide information and guidance to customers about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, training will be provided
