Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team at TIAA in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for remote work flexibility.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account maintenance, transactions, and general inquiries. 3. Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed. 5. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Process customer requests, such as account updates, withdrawals, and transfers. 7. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest solutions.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Confidence in handling challenging customer interactions. 7. Resourcefulness in finding solutions to customer issues.
