Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Goldman Sachs Group is seeking a confident and resilient Customer Service Representative to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers via phone, email, or in-person - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and product information - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Demonstrate leadership and innovation in finding solutions to customer problems - Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
