Job Description:
We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hilton in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and exceeding their expectations.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Assist guests with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs - Resolve any guest issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by meeting and exceeding performance goals
Requirements: - 2 years of customer service experience - Energetic and driven personality traits - Strong decision-making and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays - Visa sponsorship available - Life insurance and vision insurance benefits
