Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at Southern. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients located in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence when dealing with difficult situations - Innovate and implement new strategies to improve the customer service experience - Meet and exceed customer expectations to deliver delight - Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Strong emotional intelligence - Ability to think creatively and innovate - Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace
