Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Montoux, a leading provider of actuarial and optimization software, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to work from home in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service and support through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Documenting customer interactions and feedback for further analysis - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for customer service - Strong research and creativity skills to effectively solve customer problems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home - Must be legally authorized to work in NZ
