Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


Fifth Third Bancorp is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This position offers the flexibility of working from home on a part-time basis at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution. 3. Process customer requests in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Educate customers on products and services offered by Fifth Third Bancorp. 5. Collaborate with team members to meet customer service goals. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service. 2. Reliable and dedicated work ethic. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote, work-from-home environment. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Strategic planning skills. 7. Ability to work well in a team environment.
