Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative working from home for ADP in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across various industries. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and support to customers - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Striving to meet and exceed performance goals and KPIs - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Continuously improving your knowledge of ADP products and services

Requirements:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong dedication and drive to provide excellent customer service - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
