Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Summerset Group Holdings is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and work from home in Nelson, NZ. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery - Building rapport with customers to promote brand loyalty and retention - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer interactions - Using persuasive techniques to promote products and services to customers - Giving presentations on company products and services to potential customers - Maintaining accurate customer records and information in the company database

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Proficient in using technology such as CRM software and Microsoft Office - Experience with persuasion and presentation skills - High school diploma or equivalent
