Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


MYOB is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. This part-time position at Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while demonstrating resilience and energy in all interactions.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction - Process customer orders and updates in the system accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with administrative tasks as needed - Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service role - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
