Job description:

Franklin Resources is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. This is a part-time position at the entry level, perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order placements - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate any issues to the appropriate department

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Motivated and dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
