Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Parkable is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This position is part-time with an associate level of seniority and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries about our services. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. 4. Provide product recommendations and upsell opportunities to customers as needed. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Adaptable and hardworking personality traits. 2. Strong cooperation and problem-solving skills. 3. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
