Job Description - Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Tenneco is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy, be adaptable to changing situations, and demonstrate innovation and analytical skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer needs and provide solutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers. 8. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and customer service.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Energetic and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong innovation and analysis skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
