Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Parkable is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and be able to provide exceptional support to our valued customers.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with booking and managing parking spaces through our platform - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on providing excellent service - Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide feedback on customer trends and concerns to management for continuous improvement - Help create and implement customer service policies and procedures - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Leadership skills to help guide and support team members - Creativity to develop innovative solutions to customer inquiries - Motivated and dedicated with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
