Job Description - Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Wellington, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively - Process orders and assist with product inquiries - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Conduct analysis and planning to identify trends and improve customer service processes


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Strong analysis and planning skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working remotely is a plus
