Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Constellation Brands is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be driven, hardworking, and possess strong strategic planning and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations. 4. Utilize strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in customer service processes. 5. Innovate new solutions to enhance the customer experience and drive customer loyalty. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Assist with additional administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Must be driven, hardworking, and have a passion for exceeding customer expectations. 7. Experience with strategic planning and innovation is a plus.
