Job Description:


Macy’s is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and develop their skills in a remote setting.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with orders. 2.
