Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


WellCare Health Plans is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. As an Associate Level Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and assistance - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in customer service processes - Make informed decisions to address customer needs and concerns - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong innovation and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
