Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


HRG Group is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on providing excellent service - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction


Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and planning skills - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Motivated and resourceful personality traits - Teamwork and planning soft skills
