Job Description:


Becton Dickinson is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and foster positive relationships with clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and guidance to customers on our products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service roles - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong adaptability and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
