Job Description:
Hormel Foods is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ and offers the flexibility of working from home. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide assistance. 2. Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve our products and services. 5. Creating and maintaining customer profiles and records in our database. 6. Assisting with special projects and initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Providing feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. 4. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. 5. Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a positive attitude. 6. Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. A high school diploma or equivalent.
