Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Success Associate to join our team at Western & Southern Financial Group in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience with our products and services. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through various communication channels to address inquiries, provide assistance, and gather feedback - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences - Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think innovatively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
