Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and driven Customer Success Associate to join our team at J.B. Hunt Transport Services in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers through excellent service and support.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customers, providing timely and proactive communication to address any issues or concerns - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and developing solutions to meet them - Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement in our products and services - Monitor customer feedback and sentiment, taking action to address any negative feedback or improve customer satisfaction - Educate customers on our products and services, providing training and support as needed - Track and report on key metrics related to customer success and satisfaction - Participate in customer success initiatives and projects to drive continuous improvement

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a transportation or logistics industry - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
