Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Baker Hughes is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Success Associate in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are just starting their career and looking to gain valuable experience in the customer success field.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Perform regular check-ins with customers to address any questions or concerns they may have. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and potential areas for improvement. 5. Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training and support as needed. 6. Create and deliver reports on customer engagement and satisfaction metrics.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Driven and confident personality with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. 3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively. 4. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. No previous experience required - we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the customer success field.
