Job Description - Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team at Halter in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time associate at the Associate level, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers through excellent communication and support. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through various channels, such as email, phone, and chat, to provide support and assistance - Manage and track customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Use data to analyze customer behavior and trends, identifying opportunities for improvement - Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and testimonials - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies


Requirements: - Reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High level of organization and attention to detail
