Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Apache is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in customer success.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our services - Collaborate with sales and product teams to help drive customer retention and growth - Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement - Assist with onboarding new customers and guiding them through the setup process - Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance and support - Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality, able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented and organized - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
